Our Story

Founded in late 2010 in an old house in Joburg with no agents on our books, Awesim started small. A handful of us offloaded SIM cards, shipped parcels and created agents. As the team grew, we built systems from scratch and moved to larger offices in 2013.

Now with more than 80 staff, Awesim remains a family-oriented company, offering anybody an opportunity to earn through hard work. Committed to our purpose of doing the best for our agents and staff, our daily goal is to understand how we can make our agents’ lives better.

We prioritise our agents and understand that their hard work, along with our support, is how we grow - together. Transparency is key and feedback is actively welcomed. We believe in continuous improvement; harbouring dreams to benefit both staff and agents and inviting others to join us on this collective path to success.
